Criminal Defense
Our firm provides full criminal representation in all State and Federal Courts, including both trial litigation and appeals.  We understand the criminal system and can provide you with practical advice on how to deal with your problem.  We have represented people accused of the most serious crimes, including murder, drug distribution, armed robbery, criminal domestic violence and fraud.  We also represent clients before city and state magistrate courts for misdemeanors and DUI offenses.       

UCMJ defense, Military and Veterans Law
Our firm provides legal advice and defense representation to military members facing action under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, including Article 15 actions, Summary, Special and General Courts-martial, as well as the appeals of convictions before the Service courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.   We also represent SC Guardsmen with State disciplinary action under the South Carolina Code of Military Justice.  We assist military members with various administrative actions, such as discharges,  flying evaluation boards, medical discharge boards, and other regulatory actions.

We represent veterans asserting claims before the Board of Veteran's Appeals and the US Court of Veteran's Appeals, as well as those attempting to challenge records before the Board of Correction of Military Records.  

Personal Injury
Our firm represents those who have suffered serious injuries or have died from the wrongful or negligent actions of others as a result of truck and automobile accidents, work related injuries, and manufacturing defects and other product defects.  We have successfully represented injured and suffering people in negotiations with insurance companies, in trial and through the worker's compensation process.  We also represent people who have suffered from injuries caused by the negligent actions or medical malpractice of US government personnel under the Federal Tort Claims Act.     

Real Estate and Probate
Our firm conducts title searches and deed preparation, primarily for corporate properties.  We also provide advice to those seeking assistance in Probate Court, including estate or trust administration, will preparation and execution, and guardianship proceedings.   

Family and Marital Law
Our firm provides a full range of services for those involved in Family Court.  Our cases typically involve one party who lives out of state or is residing outside the United States.  We provide advice and representation in child custody and support, adoption, marital dissolution and support litigation.     

Appeals
Our firm analyzes litigated cases and represents parties on appeal before all State and Federal appellate courts, including the South Carolina Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of South Carolina, the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the US Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the US Court of Veterans Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.  We review criminal convictions and adverse decisions from various civil judgments including personal injury and worker's compensation.
